IQMS freezes when accessing certain module

Issue: IQMS becomes unresponsive when accessing certain modules

Description: When accessing certain modules—such as Manufacturing > Inventory Transactions or Locations—a pop-up window appears. This window takes control of the IQMS session, preventing users from clicking anywhere else until it's closed. If the pop-up opens off-screen, it can make it seem like IQMS has frozen

Fix:

Press ALT + Space Bar + M on your keyboard
Press any arrow key once to bind the off-screen window to your mouse
Move the mouse around to any location on your active monitor, then left click

This should bring the window back on-screen and you should be able to proceed using IQMS as usual.
